About Carolyn
Carolyn Schultz was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. She attended the University of Miami, Florida, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Communications majoring in Motion Pictures and Economics. She immediately moved to Los Angeles to work in the film industry where she started at a boutique talent agency then pivoted to film production. Having worked as a Location Manager for 20 years on hit series for many studios including Warner Bros, HBO, and FX, she has been honored with two State of California awards for her integrity, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
As a Real Estate Agent, Carolyn’s expertise for finding the idyllic property, her attention to detail, and thorough knowledge of Southern California are unparalleled. She carefully listens and takes the time to understand what her client is seeking. She takes great pride in working tirelessly to meet her client’s needs and to guide them calmly through what can sometimes be a challenging buying or selling process.
